This is a nice house in a convenient location with easy access to main highways (Rt. 910 and 28). It needs repaired/updated. It is livable as is, but is dated, water drainage is a problem on back wall of house.

The outside of the house needs allot of landscaping. The retaining wall needs fixed, along with new gravel in the driveway. The chimney on the side of the house has a slight lean to it, and should be looked at. The front stoop needs some cement work as well. The garage needs wall anchors on the wall to prevent any further bowing (wall has not moved in 20 years, but this should be done as a preventive measure). French drains are needed in garage and in back wall of basement.
The inside of the house is dated. It needs an electrical update, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, drywall needs hung in many rooms to replace the existing paneling, paint, lighting, and flooring.

Comps are scarce, but I put the value around 90-95K
