This is a nice house in a convenient location with easy access to main highways (Rt. 910 and 28). It needs repaired/updated. It is livable as is, but is dated, water drainage is a problem on back wall of house.
The outside of the house needs allot of landscaping. The retaining wall needs fixed, along with new gravel in the driveway.
